ok 1 she didnt even take out all of the pins 2 she was being way to rough with the hair and 3 she didnt even use heat protectant or hairspray. its easier to use hairspray after the curl than to use the setting gel before you curl it because the heat of the curling iron is going to melt/burn away the product.
