Parking fine minefield

Inspired by AngryAussie's claim that venting in a YouTube video is good therapy, I have taken an issue that has plagued me for some years now and given it a good flogging.

I must say, I do feel a tad better. :)

grab a petrol disk cutter, swing down there cut it off at ground height and concrete it in where the road markings are.
