@chocolatte04 Oh gosh that freaked me out too! Then I realized it's Helen. She seems to appear in the deleted scenes a lot as a representation of how her past follows her, or perhaps that she is a bit like her guardian angel/spirit like she talked about before.
I think this scene is beautiful but they probably had to cut it because it's really far from what happened in the book and gives a different fell to the movie.
I think the name of the friend from the orphanage was Helen.

Great scene. So Rochester. They did Fassy a disservice by cutting this out. It adds a lot to his performance.
