Caterham R500gt N2 Twisty to Vila Real Portugal

A fantastic river gorge route in Northern Portugal accompanied by my very enthusiastic local expert guide, it was Autumn and we were going South in front of approaching Winter, a wonderful time of year for driving Portugal. The people are friendly, interesting and fun to be with. My latest youtube attempt, except it's a 2006 video from Portugal, in fact having just watched it again I now remember why I still talk about "the N2 to Vila Real", it is just amazing. Like a horizontal rollercoaster that never stops. I had to cut a bit to make it under the 10 minute utube time limit.

The camera cost under 100 Euros (and ended up being destroyed by the sea at Estoril, but that's another story), clearly it's not high quality, but I think it still manages to convey the feel of the road, the country, countryside and certainly the local drivers! The Portuguese like their driving regardless of what it is, if it's on wheels they will really drive it. You'll see.
