  • hi love the vid . nice to se a dog working like that.. how do you find the daystate huntsman ?? is it FAC ?.. is your POI moveing much from first shot to last ??? thanks

  • @lesmo9627 Hi, sorry for the late reply. My Huntsman is sub 12ft/lb and shows incredible consinstency throughout the fill. Buster loves his work, it would be fair to say that he almost lives for it. He becomes a totally different dof when we are out with an air rifle. Mike.

  • is this a good rifle i want one but can't decide between this and the hw100 :-/

  • @QRichTee The Daystate Huntsman is an ideal rifle for long distance stalking, it is light and easy to carry. The HW100 is a superb piece of engineering, solid and dependable. It would be very difficult to decide between either. Mike.

  • What a good dog!!

My dog would of been all the way to the mason dixon line if she found that rabbit.

How old is you cocker spaniel

  • @TreeTrappin Buster is just over 6 years old. I have been working him for almost 5 years now. He is fantastic out in the field but, better still, he is one of the family back home. Mike.

  • I have a springer that caught a rabbit once. As she isn't trained for that she pulled its head off and wouldn't let go. How do you get you cocker to let go of it? :)

  • Irs good to see these dogs still used as hunting dogs. They make GREAT retreivel dogs! They are not just a good house pet..

  • awesome to see a cocker doing what they are meant to do

  • hi ..glad to here its very consinstent (i have a 30ftlb huntsman ordered) daystate have told me that the POI will move only millimeters ... is this the case with your huntsman ????? thanks again

  • @Sarabazzar It's just pest control, rabbits cause a lot of damage to crops etc and breed like crazy.

  • Great dog! Fantastic to see a happy dog working...

  • cracking dog, nice to see them a) with a longer tail and b) retrieving so well! I only use my cocker for picking up and have had a few 'they're made for the beating line/she wouldn't be able to carry something big LIKE A RABBIT' comments from ignorant old bastards in the pub- maybe I should refer them to this video!
