COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD WITH COD ROE

This is so easy to make! You can use it as a spread in sandwiches, on rye bread or any kind of bread you like. It can be served together with a salad or used as an appetizer. It's low cost and low fat and healthy. Don't forget to use Heinz tomato ketchup which adds the best flavour.
If you don't have canned cod roe then go to the fish monger. Ask him how to prepare the cod roe.
