He's telling the truth! A few years back the FDA tried to take over the heath food industy. I think because the big drug companys wanted to get rid of the compatition. The FDA has studied some suplements and they work. While we watch TV ads saying to get involved with our care, most Dr.s will treat you like your crazy if you question them about your care. Contro, money, control, money!!!!!! I think I've made my point. Peace

You people are psychos! There were no bad drugs before the FDA?! There were plenty! People died, babies were born without arms and many other horror stories. Why do you think the FDA was formed then? A lot of scientists would be very happy without the FDA breathing down their necks, but the FDA isn't all bureaucrats, there are a lot of scientists like Francis Kelsey who prevented the selling of Thalidomide. I agree that people should be free to choose which drugs they put in their bodies, but then I think of all the snake oil salesmen and the people they take advantage of. I agree with RP's message of liberty, but fear it will be bad for stupid people who are now protected by government.
