A late 80's tv production from the Jock Taylor Memorial race meeting at Knockhill Circuit in Fife Scotland. From memory the status of the riders at the time (I'm happy to be corrected) was Niall Mackenzie was in 500GP's and was making a rare domestic appearance, Brian Morrison was a successful multiple national champion and TT winner and Steve Hislop I believe was at the point where was beginning to get the type of machinery he really needed to compete against the masses of quality RC30's that were everywhere at the time. Steve already had an F2 TT win but his ProductionB class win just a few months earlier was a sign of what he could achieve once on equal or at least similar machinery.

  • If you can't see the transmitter on the top of the hill it's raining and if you can it's it must be just about to rain...

  • Aye Good Skool though! - Would still like to own one of those RC30's even after all these years - quality kit :-)

  • The traditional Arm-strong torque wrench as used by ticht gits throughout the world of racing.... ;-)
