Ok! This is fake as shit but I think I know how he did it. See the speedo on these bikes uses a magnet to detect 1 wheel rotation. He added a second magnet so the speed he's traveling is HALF that of the digital display. 300km/h is REALLY only 150km/h or about 93MPH is all.

Watching objects in the video their rate of speed looks more like 90-100MPH. Also the small road helps add to the illusion he's going much faster.
