Yes kash, but one thing we have to remember is that we are the soul, so it is we that is permement rather then "our soul" we dont have a soul, we are the soul

If by saying you and me are the same in the sense that we are individual souls than that is true, but if you think we are the same soul or we are "one" then I dont agree with that.

Vaishnavism simply means "the religion of God" and a Vaishnava means "one who follows God." Thus, all peoples of this earth are really Vaishnavas; they just don't know it yet, or they have discovered self-invented perceptions that do not necessarily adhere to Scriptural evidence.

Well, traditionally, the so-called system of Hinduism is a modern construct, thanks to Vivekananda. However, according to Vedic tradition, traditional 'Hinduism' (to this I mean the system which follows the Vedas) is differentiated into three main systems of thought: Vaishnavism, Shaktism and Shaivism. The philosophy of ISKCON and other Gaudiya Vaishnava maths shows that Vaishnavism, or 'religion of God' is the eternal religion that unites the main systems of the world.
