The pimple thingy is called a keloid x3 silly.
I get them on my piercings sometimes, but just use alcohol on the bump (not the actual piercing or it will dry it out 3:) and it'll make it go away in about 2 weeks :p
I just got rid of one on my nose, actually. Alcohol may seem harsh to use but it's fine just as long as you don't get it in the actual piercing D:

The 'pimple' on a piercing is normal hunny :)
Just clean it with sea salt and warm water mixed together 3 times a day.
