The gear was hidden by Mythic as they were not finalized yet. The design for rr100 gear was revealed about a week after this video.

According to Andy they've made some changes to the 4pc proc (+600 dmg on next two abilities). Damage should be reduced now. I'll check PTS later.

Can somebody with access to the forum tell me if theres a problem? it says iv been banned but all iv been doing is discussing the new rvr pack and how it gives an advantage to those who buy it which mythic said they wouldnt do, wondering if its a bug, somebody lying, or just andy doesnt like difficult questions, specially when people suggest he comments.
