Why do they keep saying the 7 Emeralds together make a miracle will happen? The only thing we've seen happen was Super Forms.

Well, we've only seen Super Forms because the world _needs_ the Super Forms...the bad guy always collects them first, or when they're used, it's for a purpose such as the Eclipse Cannon.
Although you could technically count what happens with them in the Last Story of Next Gen as a miracle.
