Let me get this out of the way: It is mandatory to kill Mankar Camoran, there is a way to get around landing the killing blow yourself, but it is extremely luck based and can take upwards of hours to pull off correctly. I have neither the patience or the hard drive space to record for 5 hours trying to get this done correctly, but I do show off how to do it.
Paradise is fairly simple other than Mankar Camoran, you can walk off the path right away to avoid the Clanfear runts until you get to Kathutet, you can kill him or do his sidequest to get the armbands, but as this is as non lethal as possible, you will do his sidequest.
After freeing the prisoner Anaxes, get the arm bands from him, enter the cave and follow the path until you get to Eldamil. Eldamil will offer to help you escape, accept his offer and play along with his plan. After a short cutscene you will be on your way through the cave system again, until you meet up with Eldamil again, if you want to try to have him kill Mankar so you don't get kill credit for it, accept his offer and during the fight he will come and assist you (And die in one hit).
After exiting the caves you will meet with Ruma and Raven Camaran saying they are alive again after dying (Even though I didn't kill them).
Entering into Mankar's stronghold, you have to fight Mankar, Raven, and Ruma all at once, Mankar can do friendly fire damage on Raven and Ruma, but they themselves can't harm Mankar, so using them to kill them is out of the question.
It is possible and VERY HARD to have Eldamil kill Mankar, Mankar will heal himself very fast if he is below 25% health, so it takes a lucky knock down or a high damage weapon to have Eldamil be able to land the killing blow on him.
After Mankar dies, Paradise fades, and you are teleported back to cloud ruler temple with the amulet of kings in hand.
Next part: Finale
