Actually the entire hovercraft is build with the 5lb denisty urathane foam EXCEPT for some

1x3 x 3/4 used in the stringers.

I uses s glass and vinylester resin.

for the floor use 1" foam. I did a layer of glass matt and covered it with 2 layers of s cloth.
