just so you no aluminum cans give off poisonus fumes from the elements they add to aluminum... and for the record so you no since you care to compare... read the msda sheets to any sheet of aluminum and you will no it is a horible metal to be around when heated.. sure there are pans that are built out of aluminum but read carefully they are anodised...

Distancing of stove from pot to the burner is very important! this is to achieve maximum heat as well as fuel efficiency. whether one is using any type of stove.

I like alcohol stove since it's fuel serves many functions.
