Very cool highspeed camera at Casio's booth at CES 2010. It shoots 1000fps and fits easily in a shirt pocket.

  • @monjanse , Probably not because the F1 costs alot more.

  • Hello! Just got a FC150 due to some of your videos on the 100. I do have problems with the manual and Quick guide and being a newbie- but I am not alone here.

My problem is how to activate the slow mode playback of the high speed video I shot.

Any advice? Thanks for the videos - awesome!

  • @Kinespojken no sry I was wrong

ive read a test about the camera and they said its not possible

  • @xilefx You can zoom optic while recording at normal speed? Are you sure?

  • are it better pixles and quality than the ex-f1?

  • do the camera has auto focus in the video capture mode (i hope you tried it) ?!?

  • CMOS sensors are bocoming better and today they are as good as CCD sensors. They have made a new one which is called "back-illuminated CMOS snesor" .. they say that this one is much better.. I think Casio built a good one in this cam because it cousts 350$

  • yes, you can

  • Also...what about the CMOS sensor photo quality? and the lens? Are the photos good enough both in low light and outdoor?

  • i was almost going for canon sx200is...but the only reason stopped me. Though cameras are for still shots but thats a big requirement (to zoom while recording video). Can you let us know when you try it out? This one seems very impressive with slow motion/ high speed, Dynamic photos, background deleting option and dedicated movie button and stereo input like Panny TZ7 (sony HX5 also came up) and added manual control. Zooming on video will make it almost a perfect choice for many. Thanks
