Sold her about a year ago, shortly after making this video. Oddly, it helped sell the car. Now I have a super rare 92 Hardtop Turbo. Same color, no scoop, and 100 more hp :)

Unfortunately, you can have the nicest exhaust system possible, and the 5sfe will still sound like garbage. Even with the closer gear ratios for the MR2, the 5sfe is still just an economical camry engine.

Still, I'd thoroughly recommend getting the NA MR2 before buying a turbo model. The mid engine, rwd style of driving style is completely different, and dangerous with boost if you're not ready for it.

That scoop does NOT come stock on any model.

The only car it was used on professionally was the TOM's sponsored mr2 race car.

That car actually used the 3sge, with the intake going right into the scoop.

The air scoop is debatable.

ugly snorkel they really dont do much you dont need them because you already got vents next to the intake

@pittsburgpen The snorkel was just for looks- since it is indeed actually counter-productive to a miniscule degree. I ended up selling it once I got the rice out of my system. I did enjoy the constant strange comments I'd get from people though "Oh that's so you can drive underwater, awesome!" "Is that your exhaust?" "Oh I've seen these Fieros before. Nice Fiero man. I love the underwater breather you added to it."

how is he a rider? i dont see a extra large wing or a fart can muffler or racing stickers. Dont throw around the word "ricer" if u dont understand the meaning
