Mazda5 Ticking Sounds like Marbles - What is it??

My Mazda 5 is ticking sometimes upon start-up, makeing a weird noise, it goes away after a few minutes. This is not every day, I cannot figure a rhythm, it is not necessarily when it is cold outside, but still normally happens after a cold start. Dealership could not hear anything wrong with it, drained oil, but could not hear a problem.

Warranty is running out soon, and I really want the issue resolved.

Could that be the Belt Tensioner? Or would that not stop clicking after a few minutes?

I have the exact same sound on my 2009 Mazda 5 with only 20,000 km on it. Dealer sprayed silicone on belt and said it was fixed. Now the noise never goes away!

that does not sound good at all. sounds like your timing chain is going to break any second or something fell inside the head of the engine.
