Judge reads sentencing, on LIVE TV Rex Phillips claims defense Attorney Mike Scott, the former Judge Scott that is who was convicted of drug abuse while a judge, is "Controling" the courtroom.

Garcia, the sentencing judge "thinks" he has got the correct sentence, as close to minimum as can be,
without OUTraging the the Dist. Atty. Christine Stanley, who had other motives to shut Mr. Courtney up.

I Remeber i got charged with a dui, i proveed that i wasnt driving, the da made a lil meeting with my laywer and judge to trick me into pleading guilty of public intox, they suspended my liscense i got fined 1400 dollars and still had to take dui school which was 700, i went back to the judge and asked why i still have to take dui school and pay 500 bucks to get my liscense back. he said just bein charged with dui automically gets u fined and suspended even if u proved innocent.. wat about murde

Judges are a blasphemy and are taking it upon them selves to do gods work of judging other humanbeings.
