This is another video to help people who suffer from depression or other mental illness, and are thinking about taking their own life. It also looks at suicide from the survivor's point of view. There are numbers to call if you are in crisis and/or need help.

  • Worst video needs more depth

  • @devineorigin You opinion is appreciated. You might want to check out some of my other vids for more 'in depth' content. cj

  • Hi, csnellen,

Still here, still fighting and more determined to not let it beat me. Thanks to you and all the others who hear us and reach for us. For those in the darkness, keep reaching, there are hands there somewhere. I know I managed to find some of them, you can to.

  • @DixiePenguin - Great to hear from you and also it's wonderful to hear you are determined to beat this monster! I'm proud of you - keep me posted!

  • @Karkenou - you know, your comment is really childish. There is nothing - nothing at all - that is funny about suicide. There also is nothing funny about your comment. You don't have to watch the vids if you don't choose to - but I do expect people to be respectful in their comments, okay?

  • You can for years try to find a person to talk to. Yet after you commit suicide, everybody will say: he could have talked to me.

You could be waiting for months to have a cup of coffe with a particular person - even after they promised to meet you. Yet after you commit suicide, this person will say: I would give a fortune for another hug.

  • Wow, brought tears to my eyes. I just started counseling and medication for depression. Some of those really hit home for me. Thank you for posting this. Thank you for reaching out to those of us that hurt. Thank you for caring.

  • @csnellen Not that kind of anxiety. More OCD anxiety than panic attack anxiety. I don't think I've ever had a real panic attack before. But the meds still do a great job.

  • @adrimare1 - you know, I deal with anxiety too, and I have meds for it when I need it, but I use a lot of breathing techniques, too, to help with that. One thing I read is "nobody ever died from a panic attack!" I try to remember that, too :)

  • @gunsNrosesfan97 - to what are you referring, please?

  • @tomkkkkk Though my problem is anxiety, not depression, recent events have made me more prone to depression, and the meds I take fix both. Cipralex.

  • @tomkkkkk If it's you and your sister, live for your sister. If it's just you left, find something else to live for. If you're religious, pray. If it's just an alone feeling, try finding a significant other or join groups of people with your interests. Go online and get yourself stuck on games when you're too old to work. I'm on meds myself (though I could never kill myself; I believe in hell after suicide), and it's practically impossible for me to get depressed now.
