The seventh of twelve music pieces that come from the PC game "The Sims." The music was written by Jerry Martin and Marc Russo. Since it never got released, it can be downloaded here:

i think that's the idea. i think the creators were going for classy, cheerful, elevator music for buy mode and depressing piano pieces for build mode XD

The sims 1 was so much classier than the other 2. hearing this and the other build/buy mode songs is proof. also the theme is so much more calming instead of stupid sims 3's rock/pop theme.
