While growing up many children are told that they need to consume a lot of protein to keep their body healthy. However, not many know anything about what makes proteins and how our bodies get them. Our video expresses that amino acids are the building blocks to proteins and some are automatically produced by our body, but others are needed to be digested through food. Also, we wanted to show that there are a variety of foods that contain the essential amino acids that we need. Therefore, people can enjoy eating meat or hate it and still be able to take in the full complement of amino acids.

You did some interesting research on amino acids. I learned a few new things. The connection between amino acids, polypeptides, and proteins: you didn't explain why it's important in your video. You know that the assignment specified that ALL images MUST be your original work so I can't understand why you took a photo from the internet for your last image. My policy is to not give credit for images or music taken off the internet, especially when I specified that all work must be original.
