I like it how ProtoMan's smiling on the stage select screen. He doesn't look nervous.

he can charge his version of the mega buster
he a proto shield he uses while jumping to deflect
he takes more damage then Megaman
he flies back twice as far when he gets hit

you forgot to mention the Proto Shield,that he uses when jumping...deflects 70-80% of all projectiles
