I wanted to do a simple video tribute to our fallen Canadian Hero's. There was really no "simple" about. I found it heartbreaking to put it all together. I too am a military wife whose husband has served overseas in Afghanistan (Jan-Aug 2006)
I cannot begin to think of what the families of the fallen have had/will endure. My heart goes out to each and everyone of them! I thank you for your husband/wife service. I will forever remember you and the sacrifice of all military members.
this realy brings it home

You did a great job you did on these videos! I love how you put all of the Soldier's information up after the picture, it helps people realize that the 69 soldiers that have lost their lives so far(as of Aug, 23, 07)are not just a number. They are someones father, brother, son, cousin, etc. They have families who's lives will never be the same. My Cousin, Trooper Darryl J. Caswell was the 57th Canadian Soldier killed in Afghanistan on June,11,07. Thanks for these videos.

From and American who wants to thank Canada for your support. My son was part of enduring freedom and I am just as proud of all the troops around the world as I am of him. May God bless each of the families who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. You can be proud! With deepest sorrow and gratitude. A Military Mom
