I am guessing that Eric Cantor has never read the Constitution of the United States. The power to make war and raise armies lies SOLELY with congress....Or he is a moron.
Whereas that "War powers act" was not an amendment to the US Constitution, it does not change anything regarding who makes wars and raises armies.

I saw that last night and was in awe of his lack of understanding of the role of Congress.
From his facial expressions, I think Matthews was shocked too.

War Powers Act should be retracted. The decision should be left to Congress not the executive branch. Now, it would be best to follow the idea of IMPEACHMENT of GW Bush. Kucinich should try again and show that GW Bush is willing to allow nuclear weapons use which is irresponsible speech and possible action.
