OMG another polishing video where the car looks perfect before he even starts

This guy does looks like a doctor. He is "Dr Ice". I do like his demonstration. Good job! Dr Ice.

Do you always wear that uniform when you wax a car?

This stuff actually works pretty well for shining up faded plastics like black trim pieces and headlamp and tail light lenses, but for use on actual painted metal surfaces, it's pretty weak. Tried it several ways, letting it set up for quite awhile before hand-buffing and all, and it still comes right off the first time you either get any rain or if you wash the car again. Even before any rain or a re-wash, it loses its slippery surface feel in less than a week.

@bjjxr8 Those coupons I had for this stuff... not even sure how i got it. It may have come inside the box when i purchased the Ice products with a review card-- you know, when companies had included a paid postage card/survey in with the product. I didnt rate it that well and they sent 2 more coupons so I tried most of their line. I saw that it was on clearance at Target early this year and i bought a bunch of it for my fiance because he actually likes the stuff.

Pardon me but I used this on my '71 Roadrunner as a finish and I usually keep in in my garage but one time I drove home in drizzle and the next day the shine and lustre was gone. I used more than 1 ounce so I wasn't being stingy with it. I just would rather use wax and get a few months vs this for a few days...

@springfield03sniper To maximize ICE Polish durability, wait about 10 minutes before removing. The longer the product is allowed to remain in contact with the finish before wiping, the better the durability.
