Great Canadian Rock Contest - Spinal Tap Majesty of Rock

It was a Zukini not a Cucumber, great interview, well worth checking out at the end of this posted clip. First part - this was a commercial from Spring 1992 broadcast on TV in Toronto. 2nd part is about the beer company sponsorship of the same event, I think, which features Dave Thomas with Spinal Tap which is funny. I added an appearance of SPinal Tap and their Majesty of Cock I mean ROCK song from a contemporary late nite show of the time. Its worth checking out at the end, even though the song is a bit monotonous and silly, the interview.

Oh my god I was at this Arsenio Hall taping! It was actually scheduled for the day that turned out to be the LA riots so it was rescheduled for the following week. Before Tap Arsenio showed a GREAT video piece showing Poppa and Barbara Bush look-alikes looting. I love the moment at 6:40 where you can see Harry Shearer come up with his great answer "they have their choice" and McKean breaks character and cracks up. Definitely spontaneous brilliant ad libbing here!

Never liked the Tap when they went through their theater rock period. Flower People and the like was awesome, they sold out man.
