They aren't from England, but rather New England, and more specifically just outside of Hartford, CT. The band is being led by Scott Armit, with whom they captured the best Grade 2 drum corps prize at the 1995 Worlds.

sounded good to me. I think people, espescially Scots are harsh on them because they are from England. As a Scot, I can only say I honestly thought they good.
