Perhaps you should demand a refund from your esteemed institution. If there's some sort of an argument you're trying to make in that last comment, it got lost somewhere.
The Constitution has been called everything from "quaint" to a "g-d piece of paper" by federal leadership on both sides of the aisle. It's one thing that no one in office particularly gives a damn about.
If Obama is to be impeached, it will be over the moral equivalent of semen stains on a blue dress.

I happen to be in school for Constitutional Law. If its one document I know its the constitution. So get the facts before you speak on them.
Second, The major problem I have had with the Bush administration was the fact that they have pissed on the constitution and I know that its a historical truth that every president uses the precedents set forth by thier predicessors and have consistantly argued this point with retarded right wingers who dont understand this fact.

You might want to try reading the Constitution yourself. We're about to get a Democratic House and Senate both -- possibly even a super majority Senate if the Repugs can't pick up one more seat. Impeachment isn't remotely possible, which is the ONLY public check available.
Privately, Obama is set to inherit the entire massive imperial structure that Bush set up. You don't think he's going to use it to quash opposition, as Bush has? Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absoultely.

I really dont have to count on Obama for that. This is America If anyone thinks the first black president has room to do anything that pisses on the constitution they had best think again. The second he is sworn in the Right will be all over him for the next 4 years just waiting for anything to take him down. They almost got clinton kicked out for lying about getting head. So.... believe me president obama will have a TON of unseen checks on his actions.

I really hate to be put in the position of defending Palin, but ...
The right to privacy *does* exist in the Constitution. Here it is:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." - Amendment IX
Unfortunately, this amendment is largely otherwise ignored, or else most of the federal government would be widely recognized as illegitimate.
But don't count on Obama to follow the big C either.
