Glad to hear a couple of you have tried it yourself. Way to go. As mine's been moved around a lot, it's not always making a good connection anymore, but I just mess with it for a second and it's back to normal. To the person who asked, I read that the proper voltage is just over 7, but I used a 9 volt and these guys used different ones... As long as you don't blow up the LEDs, you're good... they can tolerate a lot.

I pretty much gave all the instructions in this video. It's really that easy... There are two metal connections inside the sensor bar connector. You just have to make the wires from an AC adapter touch those connections. If you can't do it on your own, you shouldn't be trying - just buy the extension cable when it comes out.
