@julestheangel Linked from Wikipedia: Oscar Scaggs, son of blues-rock singer Boz Scaggs died from a heroin overdose in San Francisco during the early morning hours Dec. 31, 1999, according to the Associated Press. Oscar Scaggs, 21, was an avid music fan, operated sound at his father's San Francisco club, Slim's, according to a club employee. The younger Scaggs had been making progress during treatment sessions for his heroin use, according to counselors quoted by the San Francisco Examiner.

i have listened this thousands of times by now.
Boz still has it. Too bad we cannot console him in the loss of his son as well as he consoles us with his songs.
have to admit, i love this guy for what he has added to my life, comfort in the storm, fun songs when Im happy, and a Nobel prize winning song right here.
