  • Are you just going to leave Rod Stewart due to copyright and which is the last song on there because WMG would block it anyway.

  • yeah, the Rod Stewart video was muted by WMG and I had to delete it.

  • Absolutely brilliant uploads. Brought back many memories. I noticed the "Festival" logo in the top corner. Is this a new sky channel? Are they doing other old Top of the Pops? Regarding the Rod Stewart issue, elsewhere on YouTube there is a silent verswion of The Drifters "Kissing in the Back Row of the Movies". How daft is that? Finally, under a rather inferior version of "Give Peace a Chance" somebody commented "Is censorship more important than John Lennon's message

  • EinsFestival is a German channel. I have no idea if it's available on Sky.

And yes, what WMG did to YT is a real "musical genocide" - tons of videos have been removed, lots of accounts have been suspended. I'll never buy anything from WMG again.

  • My sweet mom used to sing this to me when I was little... I called her before she passed away last fall and played it for her.... She cried and laughed saying, "You remember that song!?" I'll never forget the lyrics or the memories.

  • That girl in yellow at 2:00 is hot!

  • @wlangley88 She was hot at the time!

  • @Flickyhecky Define hot

  • I am still searching for one of the best songs by New Seekers: "Cinncinnati"

  • Do you notice something? NO STUPID HAND-CLAPPING in the audience. Maybe it's because this was taped in '71.

Some time later, everyone got infected by that infamous hand-clapping virus...

  • Elvis should have recorded this song. I can't understand why he didn't at a later year.

  • This must be the first TOTP performance that wasn't mimed from the studio master lol.

  • @dizzyvic: The girl in the yelow is actually Lynn Paul NOT Debbie Ash. Debbie was a dancer in the Top Of The Pops group Hot Gossip.

  • @AABeauty2 Thats a nice thing to remember.......im sure she heard you..

  • Never ending song of love will always live on!

  • By the looks of it, the ladies did not seem to get on at all well
