Criminal background check showing NO RECORD.

This was done in 2006 on me by a Temp agency. It shows no criminal background anywhere in the United States even Dubuque, Sarasota, Manatee, Nueces and Hillsborough Counties. I am maliciously destroyed by insane schizophrenic American judges and lawyers etc because I will not let the racketeering idiots "Moot" out a pathetic "case". It is so illegal and unconstitutional what they are perpetrating that it can't even be public record. I have been malliciously arrested 14 times, prosecuted 20 times, imprisoned 6 years and still teribly defamed, harassed and abused. If I happen to find a Job and a background check is done , even a drug test I pass. Once the Gov knows I am there I am completely destroyed just like the Rod Robertson stunt (above). I have been destroyed at at least 50 Jobs since 1992 and 25 in just three years. I cannot get assistance at City programs because they know this racketeering activity and try to force me(coercion/racketeering) to sign illegal documents that I will hire a filthy, dirty, schizo, racketeering Corpus Christi lawyer for disability ?? Yes this just happened at the County of Corpus Christi just one week ago. They would not let me have the illegal documents to take with me so I could prove this online. Please sign my petition to leave America..

I just want you to know I have already listed on Supreme Court brief in 2003 that "the racketeering enterprise is also trying to insanely create a giant MESS out of their l planned racketeering activity severly abusing Fed and state statutes and violating the same statutes and U.S. Constitution. I think the legal system is all about making sure they have work product, they don't really give a shit about right or wrong, just making more money.

I've heard of at least one other person who had their record "wiped out" - I wondered if it was to avoid a lawsuit (no record of incarceration, therefore nothing to sue the gov't for).
