What a waste of another historic house that the Presley's could have kept, just like the ranch house that looks so bad inside right now, at least someone restored the apartment at Lauderdale Courts. If I had more money than sense I would try to get the owner of the house on Dolan to sell it to me but that is another dream ha ha.

No, EPI doesn't own the property. Vernon sold it before he died and it changed hands several times in the past 30 years. I believe Kathy Westmoreland's manager owns it now, but doesn't live there.

It is a wonder that Dee Stanley did not keep it after the divorce from Vernon. I wonder exactly what they use it for, what I would not give to have bought it.

Yeah, it's funny that she sold it back to him shortly after the divorce. I think I read one time that she tried to buy it back once. I believe the current owner just uses it during Elvis Week and other occasions. I've also heard that she is the one who painted all the paintings of Elvis in the house.

Thanks, I'm working on posting part 2 which includes Circle G Ranch and Audubon Dr. I'm having some trouble with copyrighted Elvis songs.
