Good luck with this project. Reintroducing extripated species is always controversial. They should do well so long as they have the right food species. Also no natural predators like wolves and bears. I live in Canada. Was born in Pitlochry. Worked in a Pukaskwa National Park most of my life. Beaver are everywhere in Canada. Will follow along to see how they make out.

Thank you, an inspiring and heart warming story. I feel Scotland could be an example and pioneer in Eco-tourism in Europe if given the time and opportunity to do so, funding however would appear to be the stumbling block

Hi there - it's in Knapdale. Have a look on the walkhighlands website and the Barnluasgan Oakwood and Loch Choille Bharr walks both pass through the reintroduction trial area.
