I was listening to Basiago on a radio interview and he is very difficult to listen to, his voice and pauses, stuttering etc. Maybe someone redid the one here.

"They" (the deeply disturbed and mentally handicapped elite/powers) must believe that their power to continue to bring this technology forth and know matter what others do.....we cannot now change the future. Otherwise this fellow wouldn't be able to talk at all......but as everything else, "they" must let you know before the perverbial "worm is turned".....just as hollywood, comercials, religios leaders, computer games, facebook Have to Have YOUR permission, i.e., check the lower box!!!
