  • In almost every one of this guy's vids, there's always some commenters that hate on him and i totally don't get why... he's showing basic, meat & potatoes aikido and explaining it in a really easy to understand way. I say this guy obviously knows his stuff, and is teaching it great; is it perfect 100% of the time for every eventuality? perhaps not, but let's not be too critical. everyone can learn something from these posts. I say well done and keep 'em comming!

  • Um. I HAVE been grabbed on the street just like that before.

Besides, this is just a basic form vs a static attack anyway. It is designed for a student to LEARN the basic principles of this technique.

  • every Aikido master has the same way to makes you understand that he controles your body, here it's well done at 0:44

  • @zao101 they have taped hands and wrists bro, you will see these locks in bjj comps, I have used wrist locks like these on the ground plenty of times. This is a very basic drill. These locks are very painful. And I would use these on the street if the chance arose. Its a good technique. Although for a real fight I think gross motor skill movements are a priority. Check out Erik Paulsons use of these locks for submission wrestling (mma trainer)

  • @zao101 hahahaahhahhahahahahhahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa what are u ? 12 or something, grow up u idiot learn something about M.A than comment.

  • i liked those vids

  • Ufc rules actually state three or more, which would describe alot of aiki techniques would it not?

  • @zao101 For me a real fight is one for survival, everything else is playing with something serious. And I removed my own comments for editing and adding.

  • @Junjokar lol your 3 previous comment were removed and you call me hater ? for your information only finger and toes manipulation is illegal in ufc. If for you real fighting is Kicking the head of a grounded opponent, hair pulling or eye gouging then go fight 3vs1 in the street with your homies. what im saying in my previous comment is that those technique work well against a training dummy, but try grabbing the finger of a good boxer in the street to "wrist lock" him and you'd probably end KO.
