Not bad for just one year! But she needs to count and work with a metronome more. She just needs to open her ears and listen to her surroundings while she plays, that will help keep tempo whether she has an accompanist or not.

she needs to practice with a metronome and to practice more with a piano accompanist.. .this way she will learn to listen to the piano... but she has a good technique for such a young age
