So this is Tango's first time ever barrel racing, and same with mine. She was bred to barrel race but she wasn't fast enough for national levels. She hasn't ran around a barrel for almost 8 years. My camera died sadly after our second attempt, but she actually got a full gallop on the straight back, and she started turning way nicer. She honestly loved it, i could tell this excited her, and she was enjoying it.
I WOULD LOVE CRIT!!! I'm thinking about doing barrels maybe once every month or so, this is something that i would love to do just for fun. And it seems tango loves it. God it was so nice to get into the western saddle again though! So let me know if i have alot of flaws and stuff, remember this is my first time as well as tangos.
I'm sorry i didn't get any videos lately of tango, but we've been busy, we went to our show and did amazing, two 1st places, two 3rd, a 4th and a 6th. There were 20 other people in ALL of my classes and we placed in all of them, i was so proud of her. But we are slowly winding down for winter. If you notice her winter coat, yeah she's the fuzziest horse at the barn.
Enjoy the video, Thanks Everyone :)
(p.s notice the leaves falling? ITS FALL!)
