After a hearing requesting more information from the federal government to form the basis of an evidentiary proceeding that could lead to a new trial for former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman and HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy on Wednesday, Mr. Siegelman said if he is guilty of bribery and corruption for being the fourth governor to appoint Scrushy to a hospital regulatory board, then Texas Governor Rick Perry should be "executed" for what he has done in that state.
