OK, so it became apparent that pedal power can produce electricity. So, the challenge, 'i' found, was unearthing the inspiration to "innovate the idea", beyond simply plugging into pedal powered DC converted & used as a common AC (plug).

So, as an 'i' carD member, when mr. or mrs. ini one uses the 'i' carD (access key) & plugs it into the LRB (little red box), ini one can see how much energy has been saved while cycling.

PLEASE VOTE: http://ideablob.com/ideas/1104-inione-the-i-card-regulate

Within the LRB is a regulator (GPS) & battery. The regulator records how much you have saved riding on the bicycle vs. in a car, through distance traveled. After a long bike ride plug the 'i' carD into the LRB & plug the LRB into an AC plug in your home. The regulator will access the grid from month to month, making note of current energy consumption, & earmark the 'i' carD with the appropriate equivalent cost/energy. Or choose the 'ima' option (icycle my account) & your bill(s) will be adjusted to compensate for the income if you choose not to earmark iD.

Then, when you're out on the town you can use your 'i' card iniwhere and everywhere that you see mr. or mrs. ini one to spend your recycled (bicycled, 2cycled) credit, or redeem cash for all the things you have and burn energy to own!!! *Burn (B-cycle-urn/earn) Your (gr)Own Energy BYOE! Or... Peace, long life & prosper through understanding what iT is; longevity...so few see, seek or seethe with life! Peace!

  • no feelings! only understanding. no skepticism! only due diligence. once you do your research & gain understanding & speak positive then you'll understand & possibly stop using your time showing people how much understanding you lack, commenting here. thanks though!

  • do you know how the scientific method works?

you want to prove a point/idea. and i say its a impractical idea. so now its your job to do research and show me real life examples of how it would work. not just your lame drawings of stick figures on different pieces of paper.

o and dont call me ignorant. I'm currently in the process of building a solar car with my school. i know the limitations of current technology and your idea is impractical.

    kisS Keep it simple stupid

    peace stupid,

    chris

  • thanks chris. your words are encouraging. never called you ignorant. why must you say so! i hope your solar car makes it into the main stream of public interest. maybe you'd like to list it on our website? peace~!

  • advice has experienced? (takes-1-2-know-1). its been so long it'd never inlfuence the present, negatively! investigation's the seed of understanding-observe cigarette smoker, alcoho-dinkeer vs. herbalist. 'cut down' on negativity & our species will grow, willing to work toward equality-not judge others for ideas beyond the known perpetuating ignorance. keep it coming-pass your encouragements/comments to friends. pace the peace~! PS: kizarze, thanks for your support/example! ~;-0) smile!

  • thanks for the encouragement! it's apparent that the idea escapes your intellect. if it weren't for the hippies of the 60's, america may well still be lost in the world of the 50's; racism, ignorance, & the rest of those who encourage with negativity! dumbest idea?

  • In a symbolic sense your dream has already come true. When we pedal around on our bicycles, we use our own energy for transportation, rather than stealing the remaining oil from our grandchildren. If nothing else, we gain karmic points. We also build up our healthy bodies, which will pay off for years.

  • HI.......

  • my thoughts exactly

  • one word... "hippy"

  • how much power do you expect to get from pedaling around town??? and after you generate this great amount of power how are you supposed to store it? If you want to store all this power you would have to load ur bike with a large amount of batteries, and then you wont be able to ride your bike because its so heavy.

i'm sorry if my practicality hurts your feelings. with out skepticism our world would be no where...

  • good idea in principle but we can do that already with electric bike batteries that are recharged by pedalling. slightly bigger batteries though. If you cut down on your weed smoking and took a video production course, you could probably improve on this vid.
