In Addition.... The Appraiser gets paid regardless... some don't care, "hit-N-run mentality. I I think a staff Appraiser works best for all involved, yes they can be canned if the Loan Officer looses too many transactions, [which I do not agree with]
And, yes, some LO's are not on the up-N-up... but it is a more honest system than what the boys-N-girls in WASHINGTON DC are doing...... ACORN screwed up allot of this...
