Same tank, decided to see what it would look like if i didnt use flourish for 4 days and i can tell the difference, plant not as happy. Tried a diy co2 kit, not really happy with it, imma stick to the flourish from now on! 20 gallon long tank. Marineland c-160 canister filter(multistage), t5 HO 24" 1x24w aingle light linear flourescent lighting system. Red Sea Flourite.

Hey, thanks for the update, looking good. You only have 1.2 wpg? I wish they made t5HO in 30" length. I think I'm going to get a 2 bulb t5RO linear lighting system so it will go all the way across the tank. Each bulb will be 18 watts so I will have 1.8 wpg, do you think that will work okay for a planted tank like yours?

Unfortunately they dont make a 30" as u can see, my is strectched to fit! hahaha I dont see much high output lights that can accomodate a 20l tank, =(. That setup you just mentioned my even be better than mine, make sure u use the right bulb though bro. Keep me updated on urs I wanna see wat u come up with! Too bad you dont live in hawaii i would build u a tank stand for free! hahaha

Lol, I wish I lived in Hawaii and not just for the free tank stand. I will defanitley keep you up to date on my tank, I am going to make some videos just like you. I already have the tank and the lights are in the mail, I should be able to use all the stuff from my other tank. It wont be long now. I will send you a message when I post my first video.
