Nice vid. Found this via the Cairns Uke Festival web site.
I'm a recent uke convert and it's good to see the enthusiasm of these kids. I can understand it, too. The uke is such fun to play and learn.

Loved this vid. My dad was from Indonesia and played the uke well. I have now caught the fever and now spend hours scouring YouTube for instructional videos and just cool uke vids. This is one of the cool ones. Kudos tot he teacher playing the kids to play at school. Ukes are much cheaper than most instruments at the outset, they're fun and more manageable size wise for the little ones, and they're very versatile. Kids needs more sports and music instruction and less vid games.

it seems ukes are really popular in the uk now.
Latitude festival had lots of acts that used them, one even handed out 100 of them to the first people who came to their show!
