It's 'Fried egg on steamed rice with sweet and sour sauce' and this is called 'Ten-Shin-Don' in Japan. I don't think Ten-Shin people know about this, though..

  • 天津丼好きなんでよく作るんですが、いつも卵がパサパサになって­しまって、どうしたらお店のようなフワフワな卵になるものかと思­っていました。

    なので動画とても参考になりました!

    一応、中華鍋使ってるんですけど、まだまだ形がうまく整いません­(汗 修行あるのみですね(笑
