Where is everyone getting 28 from? Cause 53 seconds (the length of the video) - 16 seconds (the time it took for the race to start) comes out to approx. 37 seconds for the last place runner to finish. The first place runner finished around 36 seconds. The video isn't sped up; it's just a phony title.

This video's speed has been increased... look at the other places...
28sec/300m is imposible...just count man it means that he runs...28/3=9,3333.. The world fastest runner do "just" 9.6667 on 100m

the video was actually slowed down - so it might be even faster than 28 seconds.
