It's from Guilty Demos (1980)... an album of songs writed by Barry to other singers... I dont know if its for sale, but you can always look in the web ^^

Barry Gibb is by FAR the most talented singer-songwriter there is. I can never get enough! Yet, I've never heard this one before. Once again, he's THE MAN!!

@sealord76 You couldn't be more right and the 80s, proved this. Even after the Bee Gees stopped having hits, the Brothres Gibb continued to write hit songs for other artists, like "Islands In The Stream" and "Heartbreaker" (Dionne Warwick)

@markxxx21 I think Olivia's version is more delicate and somehow more touching. I always felt she needed a ballad as a single from her Physical album. She didn't have a ballad single from 1981 to 1983 !!!! I always love FALLING which was included on John Farra's first and only solo album. He also recorded RECOVERY, and there was a video (audio only though) here on youtube.

This was rejected by Barbara Streisand and picked, then given to Olivia Newton-John. It was planned as a fourth single from the album "Physical" but when her third single "Landslide" did poorly, they cancelled it. I do like ONJ's version as well. Her version is slower. It would be nice to have the speed of Gibb's version with her vocals. ONJ's slower version makes the song much sadder

@beegeebetty the BEE GEES demos are studio tracks that aren't released. i wish they would release them. there are more unreleased material that are locked in the vaults just like other artists. the bee gees sang lots of great songs during the late 1970's. this coming nov. of 2010 a box set titled " MYTHOLOGY " will be released. there are a few newly released tracks of maurice & andy. enjoy. *****
