How To Make A Xbox 360 Dashboard Theme

You can make your own Xbox 360 background/wallpaper and this is just a tutorial on how to do it with photoshop. You can actually do it with Gimp and any other photoshop program.

If your computer isn't connected through your network you can just use a USB device.
