I'm really short, so I'm not a person that goes for long, long hair. Would just the 14 & 10in be okay for the layered look without a lot of cutting? :)

The best tutorial on youtube, thanks! I dont wana seem dumb, but can you use regular thread or does u have to use the sew in thread? If i cant, about how much would the proper thread and the needle cost? I really want to try this soon before my band trip in may to see if i can actually do it myself.
